Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the cancellation and refund process for services purchased from WebHost Root.

1. Service Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of their hosting service through the available support facilities in the WebHost Root client portal.

Cancellation requests should be submitted before the next billing period where possible.

2. Refund Requests

Refund requests should be submitted through the WebHost Root support system and should include the relevant customer account or invoice information.

Refund eligibility depends on the service purchased, the circumstances of the request, and the applicable terms of the service.

3. Hosting Services

Because web hosting services involve provisioning server resources and making the service available to the customer, refunds are not automatically guaranteed for every cancellation request.

Where a refund is approved, the applicable amount will be determined based on the circumstances and the service terms.

4. Unused Service Period

If a refund is approved for an unused portion of a service period, the amount refunded may be calculated based on the unused service period and applicable charges.

5. Payments and Refund Processing

Approved refunds will generally be processed through the payment method or payment channel used for the original transaction, where technically possible.

The time taken for the amount to appear in the customer's account may depend on the payment provider or banking institution.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be available for:

• Services already substantially used • Domain registration or renewal charges where applicable • Third-party services or fees • Services suspended or terminated because of a violation of the Terms & Conditions • Charges resulting from customer misuse or prohibited activity • Other charges specifically identified as non-refundable at the time of purchase

7. Billing Errors

If you believe that you have been charged incorrectly, please contact WebHost Root through the client portal with the relevant invoice details.

8. Cancellation by WebHost Root

WebHost Root may suspend or terminate a service where permitted under the Terms & Conditions, including in cases involving unpaid invoices, prohibited activity, abuse, security concerns, or violation of applicable terms.

9. Policy Updates

This Refund & Cancellation Policy may be updated from time to time. The latest version published on the WebHost Root website will apply to future transactions.

For refund or cancellation requests, please contact WebHost Root through the support facilities available in the client portal.
