WebHost Root is an individual service provider offering shared web hosting services to individuals and small businesses. All services are delivered digitally by activating hosting accounts after payment confirmation.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using any service from WebHost Root, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.

3. Services Provided

WebHost Root provides:

  • Shared web hosting services
  • Email hosting
  • Basic technical support related to hosting services

Services are provided on a monthly subscription basis unless otherwise specified.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activities performed under your hosting account
  • Ensuring that your usage complies with applicable laws

WebHost Root is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by user negligence.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use our services for:

  • Illegal activities
  • Spam, phishing, or unsolicited emails
  • Malware, viruses, or harmful scripts
  • Adult, pornographic, or obscene content
  • Cryptocurrency mining or resource abuse
  • Activities that violate Indian law or international regulations

Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

6. Payment & Billing

  • All payments are charged in advance
  • Monthly invoices are generated prior to the due date
  • Failure to pay on time may result in service suspension
  • Reactivation may require payment of outstanding dues

All payments are processed securely via authorized payment partners.

7. Refund Policy

  • A 7-day refund is available only for new hosting subscriptions
  • No refunds are provided for renewal payments
  • Refund requests must be made via email to support@webhost.root.sx
  • Domain registrations, add-ons, and third-party services are non-refundable

8. Service Availability & Limitations

While we strive for maximum uptime, WebHost Root does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary downtime.

We are not liable for data loss, business interruption, or indirect damages.

9. Data & Backups

Clients are responsible for maintaining their own backups. While we may offer basic server-level backups, these are provided without guarantee.

10. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • Payments are overdue
  • Terms are violated
  • Illegal activities are detected

Termination may occur without prior notice in serious violations.

11. Limitation of Liability

WebHost Root shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of data
  • Loss of profits or revenue
  • Any indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the service.

12. Legal Compliance

Clients are responsible for ensuring their content and activities comply with:

  • Indian IT Act, 2000
  • Applicable local and international laws

13. Modifications to Terms

WebHost Root reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Rajasthan, India.
